• The Matica XID 8600 ID card printer is the top-end model in the 8XXX printer series. It features an ultra-high resolution of 600DPI for increased security printing demands and comes standard with a flipper module for dual-sided printing. The XID 8600 printer uses the same supplies as the XID 9300 printer, so supplies are easy to find.

Additionally, because the printer uses retransfer printing technology, the printhead never comes in contact with the card which minimizes the risk of expensive printhead damage and downtime.
• Reliable and secure design - The matica XID8600 retransfer printer is designed with security and reliability in mind. The printer offers a variety of options for securing cards and media including options for locking hoppers, Kensington lock, dye-sublimation UV ink ribbon, IPSEC for encrypted data transfer through networks, and security erase of black data used on supplies. These measures can help secure both the environment and cards from counterfeiting and prevent the misuse of personal information.
